Kalimbas are reed instruments originating in southern Africa, where they come in countless forms and designs. Our Kalimba B5 is meticulously handcrafted in Germany from solid American cherry wood. The surfaces are treated and polished with plant-based oils and waxes. The five reeds are precisely tuned to F minor, allowing for intuitive and free playing.
