Kalimbas are reed instruments originating in southern Africa, where they come in countless shapes and styles. Our Kalimba B9 is carefully handcrafted in Germany from solid American cherry wood. The surfaces are treated and polished with plant-based oils and waxes.

The Kalimba B9 electric model is equipped with a piezo pickup and a 6.35 mm jack socket. This allows for direct sound recording at the instrument without an additional microphone.
